Customers may initiate a return request within 7 days from delivery of successful delivery.

Returns are not accepted except when:
- Product arrived damaged
- Product leaked during transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect detected

Reporting Timeline
Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Required Evidence
Customers may be required to provide:
- Unboxing video
- Product photos
- Packaging photos
- Invoice or Order ID
Failure to provide supporting evidence may result in claim rejection.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds shall be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds shall be credited to the original payment source.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled without penalty before dispatch.
Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. Post-dispatch requests will be handled under this Return Policy.
